3. Products & Availability

We strive to display Products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product at any time. If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an Order, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an Order, you make an offer to purchase the Product(s) in accordance with these Terms. We may accept or reject any Order at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email or dispatch the Product.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices on the Site are displayed in AED, Euro, or USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You represent that all payment details provided are accurate.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times: 1–2 business days within UAE, 5 business days within GCC, and up to 2 weeks for international orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery unless otherwise stated by UAE law.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To qualify, Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including logos, graphics, images, and text, is the property of SAV GLOBAL FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without written consent.
